They don’t make them like these anymore! Ok, technically yes they do (hence this page), but you get what we mean. The Stylophone is back and this time it doesn’t have Rolf Harris’s face plastered all over the box. In the 1970’s, (well before his career peaked to the highs of Animal Hospital) the well-known Australian painter was the ideal man to promote the crazy synthesizer. It was called the “electric organ in you pocket”, which does require the player to have fairly large pockets, and is  played by pressing the stylus against the keys. It was famously included in compositions by David Bowie, Kraftwerk , and more recently Pulp and Marilyn Manson. With its wheeeps and weeee’s it oozes retro charm and is more than likely going to get a lot of people reminiscing about ‘the good old days’. This is a re-issued version from the original makers and has a few new features, which are: - volume control - 2 extra sounds - A vibrato joystick (which changes the pitch as you move it).
