The festival is now entering its 80th Season and welcomes both local, national and international competitors.The event provides instrumental, vocal and choral classes for adults and children. There is also a large section devoted to Speech and Drama classes and an exceptionally well-supported Dance Festival.The competitions are open to all ages from 3 years upwards with categories matching the age-groups and are adjudicated by nationally and internationally renowned adjudicators who have been appointed by the International Federation of Festivals.
